(IIACD) was started in May 2008 by a group who has knowledge of many subject like human science,new media art, technology (new method) and history of arts.The group shares common idea and pro-grammatically works to support cultural equality of rights and privileges.

In many developing countries, the top-down policies of cultural investment needs detailed investigation for cultural progress. Verbal social inclusion doesn't give any rights to people who works in the area of culture and what is required instead is programmatic work that actively encourages democratic participation and communication.

In the context of India we see state, international funding agencies and NGO are working on progress of culture, art, and livelihood of people involved in creative industries. This has resulted in mediation of designer and integration of NGOs led enterprise programs.The empowerment and entitlements of local artists and their communities, the people who belong to the creative cultural assets, have been largely ignored.

Another effect of the "creative industries" focus of interested people is forcing special importance on (not marked by careful distinctions) digital historical record keeping and documentation of art and cultural heritage of India.As with other area of traditional knowledge there needs to be much more attention on the effect of such historical record keeping namely who the beneficiaries of such documentation, the quality and correctness of the preservation and maintenance of digital assets and social effect of exposure of traditional intellectual property that has been protected by traditional means.
In summary, IIACD will mainly work for progress of genuine cultural democracy through intellectual activities (think tanks, educational programs, white papers, workshops), communicative action dialogues (intra and inter cultural), and programs that directly contribute to the encouragement and rights of the people who belong to the area of art and culture.
